“Hasenpfeffer and strawberry pie.” “Art on the walls!” “That big ball of string.”
These memories could only add up to one place, one of Baltimore’s singular dining experiences, re-created on Mad Men and revered for decades as an It Place for fine dining in Maryland: Haussner’s, open from 1926 until 1999 in Baltimore’s Highlandtown neighborhood.
Join us on Sunday, March 13 at 6 p.m. for a Rumor Mill-style exploration of Haussner’s cuisine. As anyone who was ever there could tell you, the menu was huge (often featuring over 400 dishes), so Chef Matthew has a LOT of inspiration. Please bring your memories of the place with you – we would love to hear them while you dine!
Advance registration is required. For details or to register, visit the event’s page.
